夏玉发,男,汉族,1987年7月生,河南信阳人,中共党员,讲师。2020年9月至2025年6月,在武汉大学读博士,获工学博士学位。
2015年7月至2020年8月,在中科院深圳先进技术研究院工作,职务为助理研究员。
