夏玉发，男，汉族，1987年7月生，河南信阳人，中共党员，讲师。2020年9月至2025年6月，在武汉大学读博士，获工学博士学位。
2015年7月至2020年8月，在中科院深圳先进技术研究院工作，职务为助理研究员。
